Is it permissible to recite the Noble Qur’an at sunrise, sunset and Zawaal?
Answer
Yes, it is permissible to recite the The Noble Quran at the times of sunrise, sunset and Zawaal. However, instead of reciting Qur’an , it is preferable to make Tasbeeh, recite Durood or make Dua at the times of sunrise, sunset and Zawaal.
اما عند طلوع الشمس وفى الاوقات التي نهى عن الصلاة فيها فالصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وآله واصحابه والدعاء والتسبيح أولى من قراءة القران ؛وكان السلف يسبحون فى هذه الأوقات ولا يقرءون القران ( الفتاوى الهندية ج٥ ص٣١٦)
